REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Advanced registration
Advanced Registration is highly recommended as the total number of participants to the course is limited to 30, because of the limited number of hands-on simulation seats. Registration at reduced fee is possible by sending in the course Registration Form together with your payment until October 8, 2010. Upon receipt of the course registration form, aconfirmation email will be sent together with the invoice.

Registration fee

Until October 8, 2010: Euro 1,575.-
After October 8, 2010: Euro 1,715.-

Included in the fee are lecture notes, daily lunches and coffee breaks. One social evening will be organized on the second day of the course for all attendees and instructors of the course.

Payment
For the course registration, there are two possibilities for the payment:

  1. Payment by cheque
    In case of payment by cheque, please make it payable to: MEAD Education S.A., 1025 St-Sulpice, Switzerland. Please send your cheque together with the registration form.
  2. Payment by bank transfer
    Please send the bank receipt with the registration form. The course bank account is given here below.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the fee will be refunded less 10% administration charge.
