Fee Schedule: Fees include lecture notes in electronic format only, two daily coffee breaks and lunch.

Discount:

10% early discount with full paid registration received before February 15, 2010.
10% discount for faculty and full time students.
15% discount for early registration for faculty and full time students with full paid registration received before February 15, 2010.

The combined discounts cannot exceed 15%.

Deadline for early Registration: February 15, 2010

Payment due: March 5, 2010

Nobody will be allowed to participate in a course unless their fees have been paid by March 5, 2010.

Payment can be made:

By check payable to MEAD Microelectronics. Please mail to 7100 NW Grandview Dr., Corvallis, OR 97330.

By Visa or Mastercard. Please fax card number, expiration date as well as card owner's mailing address to 541-752-1405.

If you are planning to pay your course fees by Visa or Mastercard we ask you to notify your card issuing bank about this charge being authorized by you. In case of a declined charge by your bank, an additional $15 will be added to the course fee.

Cancellation policy:

Fees will be fully refunded if a cancellation is received by February 15, 2010. No refund will be issued for cancellation notices received after this date. Registration fees may be transferred to an alternative attendee or used to pay for participation in a future MEAD course. Unpaid registrants are responsible for fees unless a cancellation is received by February 14, 2009. All credit card cancellations will incur a 10% fee per course.

The course schedules shown contains the best information available to MEAD at the time of the web page update. MEAD reserves the right to make changes in the schedule due to illness of the instructors or other unavoidable circumstances.
